 Agricultural Security Area Advisory Committee

East Coventry Township is seeking a volunteer who is an active farmer to fill an upcoming vacant position on its Agricultural Security Area Advisory Committee. As an advisory body, the Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on potential property additions to the Township Agricultural Security Area and re-evaluates Agricultural Security Areas every seven years. Committee terms are one year.

Historical Commission Vacancies

East Coventry Township is seeking volunteers for several vacant positions on its Historical Commission. As an advisory body, the Historical Commission provides historical preservation information to residents and makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on the rehabilitation, preservation, adaptive reuse, restoration, and acquisition of significant historical structures and sites. More information is available at the following link:  https://ecode360.com/31102607. Interested candidates must be residents of the Township and have availability on the evenings of the second Tuesday each month for regular business meetings. Regular Historical Commission terms are three years.

Traffic Impact Advisory Committee

East Coventry Township is seeking a volunteer who is either a resident or owner of a business operating within the Township to fill an upcoming vacant position on its Traffic Impact Advisory Committee. As an advisory body, the Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors with respect to land use assumptions, roadway sufficiency analysis, and the Township’s Transportation Capital Improvements Plan. Committee terms are one year.
